In addition, you may want to call or check the websites of individual airlines that fly to Munich and from Geneva. The main ones are Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air France, Alitalia, American Airlines, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, El Al Airlines, Finnair, Iberia Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa, SAS, Swiss International Airlines, TAP and United Airlines.

If you are on Lufthansa Flight #413 (United Airlines #9254), or arrange to arrive in Munich by 10:15 A.M. on August 13, you can take advantage of the complimentary group transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you choose to arrive later in the day, transfers from the airport to the hotel will be at your expense.

On August 23, if you want to take advantage of the complimentary group transfer and you are not planning to be on Swiss International Airlines #22 (United Airlines #8604), please make sure to arrange for a flight from Geneva that leaves no earlier than 12:10 P.M. Otherwise, transportation from the hotel to the airport will be at your expense.
