In addition, you may want to call or check the websites of individual airlines that fly to Rome and from Milan. The main ones are Alitalia, American Airlines, Air France, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Iberia Airlines, Lufthansa, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Swiss and USAirways.

Group transfers will be coordinated with the following flights:

If you are on American Flight #236, or arrange to arrive in Rome by 6:25 A.M. on October 26, you can take advantage of the complimentary group transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you choose to arrive later in the day, transfers from the airport to the hotel will be at your expense.

On November 5, if you want to take advantage of the complimentary group transfer and you are not planning to be on American Flight #199, please make sure to arrange for a flight from Milan that leaves no earlier than 10:35 A.M. Otherwise, transportation from the hotel to the airport will be at your expense.
