If you are on Olympic Airlines #412, or arrange to arrive in Athens by 9:00AM on Sunday, May 18, you can take advantage of the complimentary group transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you choose to arrive later in the day, transfers from the airport to the hotel will be at your expense.

On Monday, May 26, if you want to take advantage of the complimentary group transfer and you are not planning to be on Olympic Airlines #411, please make sure to arrange for a flight from Athens that leaves no earlier than 11:10AM Otherwise, transportation from the hotel to the airport will be at your expense.
