Thursday, |
Arrival in Brussels. Complimentary group transfer from the airport to the hotel. (Private transfer at cost.) Group orientation in the hotel at 6:00 P.M., followed by a group dinner. Five nights accommodations at NH Grand Place Arenberg. |

Friday, |
Breakfast. This morning we have a city tour of Brussels, including a visit to the Jewish Museum. This afternoon starts with a tour of Waterloo, site of Napolean's final battle. We then proceed to the Castle of Gaasbeek, the ancestral chateau of the Counts of Egmont. |

Breakfast. Day at leisure. |

Sunday, |
Breakfast. We depart for Ghent this morning, where we will enjoy a walking tour of the city and a visit to the Castle of the Counts. It was built at the end of the 12th century by Philip of Alsace, Count of Flanders. This afternoon we travel to Bruges, heartland of Flemish pride and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Our walking tour will include a visit to Town Hall. This afternoon we will also enjoy a cruise through the picturesque canals of Bruges. |

Monday, |
Breakfast. Our first stop will be in Bastogne, site of the World War II Battle of the Bulge. We will visit the American Memorial & Bastogne Historical Center. From here, we continue to Luxembourg where we will have a walking tour of Luxembourg City. We will also visit the U.S. Military Cemetery. Buried here are 5000 soldiers including General George S. Patton. |

Tuesday, |
Breakfast. Today we travel to Amsterdam via Rotterdam. Our city tour of Rotterdam will include a view of the city from the top of the Euromast, the best place from which to get a view of Rotterdam and the surrounding region. This afternoon we have a city tour of Amsterdam, including a visit to the Anne Frank House. Five nights accommodations at Radisson SAS Hotel. |

Wednesday, |
Breakfast. Our sightseeing today will include the Aalsmeer Flower Auction, the Delft Blue Earthenware Factory and the Parliament in the Hague. We will also see the coastal resort of Scheveningen and visit Madurodam, a fictitious miniature Dutch city (scale of 1:25) sprawling over 28,000 square yards. |

Thursday,
August 16 |
Breakfast. This morning we have a walking tour of Jewish Amsterdam, including the Portuguese Synagogue, the Jewish Museum and the old Jewish Quarter. This afternoon we travel to Zaanse Schans, a planned replica village and open air museum. Located here are four of the original five hundred windmills of this region. We continue to Edam, known for its world famous cheese. |

Friday,
August 17 |
Breakfast. Today we begin with a visit to observe the outdoor cheese market of Alkmaar. It has taken place in this hamlet almost every Friday morning since the Middle Ages. This afternoon we tour the typically Dutch waterside villages of Volendam and Marken. |

Breakfast. Day at leisure. Tonight, our farewell event will be a wine and cheese canal cruise. |

Breakfast. We have a full day tour of Berlin. Highlights will include the Brandenberg Gate, Check Point Charlie, the Jewish Museum (one of the best in the world), the Holocaust Memorial and a cruise on the Spree River. |

Breakfast. Today we visit Sachsenhausen, a concentration camp and memorial site located at the edge of Berlin. |
