In addition, you may want to call or check the websites of individual airlines that fly to Brussels and from Amsterdam or Berlin. If you are on American Airlines Flight #172, or arrange to arrive in Brussels by 7:35 A.M. on August 9, you can take advantage of the complimentary group transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you choose to arrive later in the day, transfers from the airport to the hotel will be at your expense.

On August 19, if you want to take advantage of the complimentary group transfer and you are not planning to be on American Airlines #6435, please make sure to arrange for a flight from Amsterdam that leaves no earlier than 9:50 A.M. Otherwise, transportation from the hotel to the airport will be at your expense.

If you are taking the Berlin extension...

On August 22, if you want to take advantage of the complimentary group transfer and you are not planning to be on American Airlines #6595, please make sure to arrange for a flight from Berlin that leaves no earlier than 12:20 P.M. Otherwise, transportation from the hotel to the airport will be at your expense.
