You can either book your own flights or book them through us.
BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS THROUGH US
If you want us to book your flights, they will be arranged by the air desk of Royal Olympic Cruises. This will also include complimentary transfers from the airport to the cruise ship on Friday, May 14 and from our Athens hotel to the airport on Monday, May 24.
You will be notified approximately 30 days prior to the trip regarding your flight itinerary. The airline and flights are at the discretion of Royal Olympic Cruises and cannot be changed. While every effort will be made to include all group members on the same transatlantic flight, the cruise line cannot guarantee this. Also, due to the nature of their contracts with the airlines, you cannot acquire frequent flyer miles for these flights.
While flight times are correlated to the cruise embarkation schedule, neither Royal Olympic Cruises nor Jewish Singles Vacations take responsibility for costs incurred due to missed connections, flight delays or lost luggage; circumstances over which we have no control. In other words, if you miss the departure of the ship for any reason, it is your responsibility to catch up to the ship at your cost. Therefore, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended. You may also want to consider arriving in Athens at least one day prior to the cruise.

BOOKING YOUR OWN FLIGHTS
If you are booking your own flights, please allow plenty of time between your flight arrival in Athens and ship embarkation. You will need to clear Customs and Immigration when you arrive at Athens International Airport. You also need to allow 90 to 120 minutes for in-transit time from the airport to the Port of Piraeus, from where our cruise ship embarks. Our ship sails at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, May 14. You need to be aboard by 5:00 P.M..
If your flight is delayed and you miss the departure of the ship, it is your responsibility to catch up to the ship at your cost. Therefore, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended. You may also want to consider arriving in Athens at least one day prior to the cruise.
You can book your homebound flight for any time on Monday, May 24.
Transfers can be purchased from us for $45 each way. Otherwise, private transfers are available at cost.

In addition, you may want to call or check the websites of individual airlines that fly to and from Athens. The main ones are Olympic Airways, British Airways, Air France, Delta Airlines and Alitalia.
