In addition, you may want to call or check the websites of individual airlines that fly to Budapest and from Prague. The main ones are Malev Hungarian Airlines, Czech Airlines, British Airways, Air France, American Airlines and Continental Airlines.

If you are on Malev Hungarian Airlines Flight #93, or arrange to arrive in Budapest by 10:45 A.M. on August 5, you can take advantage of the complimentary group transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you choose to arrive later in the day, transfers from the airport to the hotel will be at your expense. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately $20.

On August 15, if you want to take advantage of the complimentary group transfer and you are not planning to be on Czech Airlines Flight #50, please make sure to arrange for a flight from Prague that leaves no earlier than 12:40 P.M. Otherwise, transportation from the hotel to the airport will be at your expense. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs approximately $20.
