TRANSPORTATION TO CAPE COD

By Air:

You can fly to Hyannis or Boston.
If you fly to Hyannis, you are a five minute taxi ride from our hotel, Heritage House Hotel, 259 Main St. Please be advised that to fly to Hyannis you would need to change planes in Boston. The flight from  Boston to Hyannis is on a commuter plane (12-30 seats).
If you fly to Boston, you can take a bus from Boston's Logan Airport to Hyannis. The bus service is provided by Plymouth & Brockton Bus Company. The bus operates once an hour and takes approximately two hours to get to Hyannis. For schedule and fare information call the Plymouth & Brockton Bus Company, (508) 746-0378. From Boston's  Logan Airport your other choice to get to Hyannis would be to rent a car.

By Bus:

You can take a bus from New York or Boston.
From New York's Port Authority, Bonanza Bus Lines has service to Hyannis. For schedule and fare information call Bonanza Bus Lines, (800) 556-3815.


From Boston, bus service is provided by the Plymouth & Brockton Bus Company. Departures are from downtown and from Logan Airport. For schedule and fare information call Plymouth & Brockton Bus Company, (508) 746-0378.


The bus terminal in Hyannis is 1/2 block from our hotel, Heritage House Hotel, 259 Main St.

By car:

From Route 6 in southeasten Massachusetts, cross the Cape
Cod Canal over the Sagamore Bridge. Follow Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 6 (Route 132), and bear right at the ramp (towards Hyannis). Follow for three miles to the rotary. Take the second right off the rotary (Barnstable Rd.) and follow to Center St. (There is a Getty gas station on the corner). Take a left onto Center St. and follow it to the end.   The Heritage House Hotel, 259 Main St., is ahead on your left.
